It’s our way of saying Thanks for your Order!! We can also ship orders under $149.99 across Canada at very affordable rates. You can get accurate shipping costs during checkout prior to payment.
Free Shipping Policy Restrictions:
Free shipping does not apply to large and/or heavy items (over 50lbs) or any items requiring a freight carrier. Items that are over 50lbs will be shipped and billed to you at the most economical rates we have available. Please note: your order total must be a minimum of $149.99 (before applicable taxes) to qualify for free shipping. We also reserve the right to withhold free shipping to any remote destination that would be unreasonably costly for us to provide free shipping to.
We reserve the right to exclude items from the free shipping policy. We do try and ship as much as we can at no charge to the customer, but unfortunately some items even though over $149.99 and under 50lbs are difficult to ship economically. Some items will show a fixed freight rate when viewed on our site. These Items which are less than 50 pounds are of unusual length or size and are also excluded from free shipping as couriers normally charge extra for over sized items. Some items are also priced so competitively that we cannot cover the shipping charges.
In all instances you will be contacted before your order ships to notify you of any extra freight charges not charged at the time of order. At that time you can either approve or cancel your order if you wish.
P.O. Box Shipments and Delivery Locations
We can only ship small orders to PO Boxes due to Post Office limitations. Larger orders must ship to a physical address. For your protection, a signature is required upon delivery of your order.
We are unable to ship your order to an any address other than the billing address of your credit card. If you require your order to be sent to a different address we ask that you set up a PayPal account and add a verified secondary address for the order to go to.
Items that are too large to qualify for our standard shipping rates will be shipped via freight carrier. Most items requiring freight transit have a fixed shipping cost shown at checkout. This cost is shown for those items when shopping the item, on the right side of the screen. This charge is accurate 99% of the time, however if for some reason your shipment will be more than this amount we will contact you before proceeding with your order.
We process all orders during regular business hours (M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time). That means you can expect your order to ship within 2 to 4 business days. You will be notified of any delays because of out of stock items.
Delivery Address Accuracy:
In order to ship your package, we require a complete street address with postal code to insure that you get prompt delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided. Federated Tool will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a problem with a shipping address is discovered, we will attempt to contact you and correct the problem however it is ultimately your responsibility to provide us with accurate information.
All of our shipments are delivered by common carriers. We use many different 3rd party couriers such as UPS and Purolator. Once your shipment is handed off to a courier it is largely outside of our control when it will be delivered. We do make every effort to provide accurate tracking information and assist you with any problems with a courier however we are not responsible for any delays that the courier may encounter delivering your package. We do not offer any guarantee of delivery date or time once the package leaves our shipping department.
Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to us immediately so that we can re-ship the merchandise and/or register a damage claim with the appropriate carrier. Please do not accept packages that are obviously opened or damaged. Keep damaged goods and containers exactly as they were delivered until you're advised otherwise.
Make sure to inspect all freight-bound shipments prior to accepting the contents for any damage. Report damage directly to the delivery person and clearly mark the bill of lading as "DAMAGED". All damaged shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Report all damaged shipments to: email@example.com. Unfortunately we cannot make or allow claims against any shipment which is not marked as "DAMAGED" with the courier or freight company. It is the responsibility of the receiver to carefully check each shipment and notify the courier of damage before signing to accept the shipment.
You must contact our Customer Service Department to return any goods purchased and to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.
You may return most items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange and if we don’t have it in stock we will gladly order it for you. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Ladders and safety equipment
- Precision tools
- Any specialty tool including automotive and mechanical
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts
- Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids
- Returns on special orders are subject to a 15% restocking charge
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless you had to return the product because of our error
- Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a Return Authorization (RA) number
For prompt and accurate credit follow these steps for returning merchandise
- Get your RA number
- Write the RA number clearly on all packages being returned.
- Include a short explanation of why item is being returned and a copy of the invoice.
- Credits will be issued in same manner in which you paid.
- No freight collect of COD returns will be accepted. Send all returns prepaid and insured for the current value of the product.

Canucktools.ca is a Canadian owned and operated business. Our customers are never charged any customs duties or brokerage fees. All prices on our website are in Canadian dollars.
