Excellent Edge Guide, but poor customer service...

I recently bought this Edge Guide for DeWalt Compact Router and really appreciate the product.

I also bought the Compact Router pack with Fixed and Plunge bases. Plus, the Premium Edge Guide, since this Standard Edge Guide is mistakenly advertised as for Fixed Base only !!!

The Premium Edge Guide (DW6913) is sold as being the only Edge Guide working with the Plunge Base, but in fact, it is not essential at all if you need an Edge Guide with the Plunge Base !!! This standard Edge Guide (DNP 618) works very well with the Plunge Base and thus, do not waste useless extra money for buying the Premium one !

Furthermore, and worst among anything, it has been now a week that I try to contact the seller (Canuck Tools) for a Return Authorization and refund (for the Premium Guide), since I was mislead in buying this item (DW6913) ... and as of time of writing this review, I have not got any reply from the seller, who seems to ignore my emails (4) and tries to avoid to honour his Return/Refund policy (as indicated on his web site). This is a shame !!!

This is quite unfortunate ... I like shopping on the net and when possible, I like to go with Canadian local businesses rather than simply buying Amazon ... and this bad experience proves it is not worth, just because of poor customer service and not honouring Return/Refund policies (which you basically expect to be trusty and functional on the net). I am sticked with that Premium Edge Guidet and very unsatisfied. It overshadows the whole thing !
