Give up the hot iron! Hot air produces a better adhered banding by heating the glue, not the banding.

Now you can apply pre-glued wood veneer, melamine and polyester edge banding and it stays perfectly glued the first time! You know how the edges of ironed-on banding will lift. That's because it can't cool fast enough. Not with this machine! Now you only heat the glue, not the banding or the board!

When the hot glue contacts the board material, it begins cooling on contact producing perfectly glued banding. Electronic variable heat control from 100 degrees to 600 degrees C. Built-in cut-off knife and long table make this tool easy to use. Apply banding to straight or shaped edge board by removing the outfeed fence and letting the roller do all the work. Application pressure on the roller is controlled by the operator.

Guides are completely adjustable and will handle materials as wide as 2-1/4".

The industrial heat gun is removable for hand held use.
