Freud's 120mm Split Scoring Saw Blade is designed for clean, chip-free scoring cuts in coated and laminated panel materials when used on panel sizing machines. Featuring a split scoring design with adjustable kerf, this blade allows precise matching of the main blade cut without the need for spacers. Thickness adjustment is controlled directly by the machine, simplifying setup and improving productivity.

Manufactured using Freud's premium Micrograin Carbide and finished with Silver I.C.E.&trade. Coating, this scoring blade delivers long service life while reducing pitch buildup, friction, and operating temperatures for cleaner cuts and improved performance.
