The POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor delivers up to 6,200 RPM and a cutting swath adjustable from 14" to 16", providing the power needed to clear thick grass and brush without bogging down. Reaching full throttle in under one second, the trimmer offers instant response and enhanced productivity for demanding landscaping applications.
As part of the M18 FUEL™ QUIK-LOK™ Attachment System, the power head is compatible with a wide range of optional attachments, including edgers, pole saws, hedge trimmers, blowers, cultivators, and more. The split-shaft design allows users to quickly change attachments while reducing the cost and storage space associated with owning multiple dedicated tools.
REDLINK PLUS™ Intelligence optimizes performance while protecting the tool and battery from overload, overheating, and over-discharge. The included M18™ REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ XC8.0 Battery delivers increased power and cooler operation compared to standard M18™ battery packs, while the Easy Load Trimmer Head allows up to 25 feet of trimmer line to be loaded in less than 30 seconds.
